TERMS OF SERVICE


This website is operated by Stellar Office Furniture. Throughout the site the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Stellar Office Furniture. This website (hereafter referred to as “the site” or “website”), including all information and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.


By visiting the site and/or making a purchase from Stellar Office Furniture, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Most importantly, you agree to our Payment Terms, our Damage Policy and our Cancellations and Returns.


These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content or reviews. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using the website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any of our services.

 

 


SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY


We ship to physical street addresses in the contiguous United States. We cannot ship to post office boxes. Shipping methods vary depending on the nature and size of the items and are stated clearly on your order acknowledgment. It is your responsibility to ensure that you can receive the type of shipment and delivery noted. Details about our shipping options can be found here.


Please check with your building management, in advance, about any requirements regarding large deliveries and/or assembly services to be performed in your space. If you provide incomplete or inaccurate information regarding your shipping, delivery, or assembly requirements, you may be subject to additional charges and delays to successfully complete your order. Stellar Office Furniture is not responsible for fees or fines associated with building violations.

 


DAMAGES


Visible, external damage must be reported before you sign off on acceptance of the package(s) or shipment. Purchasers should carefully examine the package(s) and identify any severe external damage that could affect the contents. If visible, external damage is present:

  1. Sign for the package(s), notating “received damaged, subject to inspection” on the receiving paperwork. Include specific information such as, “cardboard torn,” “carton crushed,” and/or “contents visible.”

 

       2. Take clear photos of the external damage, exactly how it was received.

 

       3. Contact Stellar Office Furniture with clear images and description of the external damage at: support@stellarofficefurniture.com

 

Hidden, internal damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Upon uncartoning, purchasers should carefully examine the contents and identify any damages. If internal damage is present:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage, exactly how it was received. Include clear images that were taken up close and up to three feet away.

 

      2. Contact Stellar Office Furniture with clear images and description of the damage at: support@stellarofficefurniture.com

 

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS


Cancellations will only be considered on orders placed within the prior 5 business days. Cancellations and or requests for returns after 5 business days will not be accepted.


Cancellations require written authorization. If your order has been processed and is either ready for shipment or has left the premises, cancellation or refusal of a shipment will result in a cancellation fee. Cancellation of backordered goods must occur within 48 business hours of order acknowledgment or will be subject to acancellation fee. Cancellation fees vary based on item and quantity. Contact Stellar Office Furniture immediately if you require cancellation of an acknowledged order.


Returns require written authorization. All returns are subject to restocking fees and return freight costs. No credits are given on outbound freight. Returns can only be considered on “in stock items.” Goods returned without written authorization will not be credited. All return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. No returns are authorized for “special orders.”


Product must be returned in original packaging and as received. Stellar Office Furniture or their shipper are not responsible for insufficient packaging. Return requests can be submitted to: support@stellarofficefurniture.com

 

Due to monitor calibration differences and space limitations any color selections (if applicable) may not be truly represented. Please request a sample for a true representation of the finished piece.

 

CHANGE OF POLICY


We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to The Website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
